I had a chance to see the much-ballyhoeed "guitar hero" game at my brother's over the weekend. It was about the stupidest fucking thing I've ever seen.
This is something called "Cooking Mama Cook-Off", where you simulate making various dishes. It's geared toward children, but Cheri wanted this one. I've played it and it's definitely a crack-up (no pun intended).
Guitar Hero is a lot of up-front costs ($70 or so) for a so-so game. A musician would have no real reason to play it.
