Those look like Charlie's Angels to me.Not maternal or paternal by any measure, though sexy crime fighter is nothing to sneeze at.
I'm not sure what's being implied, but I couldn't find the reference for "Bad Fathers" with this logo anywhere.

Well, I should have known it was a group around here. I'm officially a disconnected codger.
There was a web address at the bottom of the sticker. The address is now defunct, but I Googled the name in the URL.
With a sticker like that, I was afraid to google it at work.
