I think this would look more appetizing from another angle.
As it is, it's hard to distinguish the food bits from, say, the directors cut of the ending of Braveheart. (that doesn't actually exist, but you get the gist)
I did take shots from other angles, but as fajita plates are wont to do, the steam kept fogging the lens over. So, this shot sufficed. I wanted to get the color, and the shot from above looked more like a grey-brown tofu mass.
