The University of Iowa is smoke-free, as of last July. Iowa City is sort-of. The bars are unwilling to go there. I'm unwilling to go to most of the bars, so for me it's sort of moot.
It would be disconcerting if it said, "Ticket stub required for rear-entry."
At Hancher Auditorium, at least. Elsewhere in I.C., possibly.
